Delivery & Returns
Deliveries will be dispatched within one working day via Royal Mail for UK customers (mon-fri) This will always be tracked.
International may vary.
International customers are responsible for import compliance, customs duties and taxes and ensuring products are legal in their jurisdiction.
RetaTrue accepts no liability for customs delays, seizures , or regulatory issues outside the UK.
All orders are subject to payment verification and stock availibility.
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging for privacy.
If you recieve a damaged, incorrect or are missing items - you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email with your order number and clear photographs including the packaging. We will investigate and, where appropriate offer:
a replacement, refund or store credit.
RetaTrue reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of misuse, refuse service where regulatory concerns arise and request additional verification where necassary.

Payments will be made via bank transfer to our registered company account. You will need to enter your order number as the reference.
